Florida, a Masters in Science-Clinical Psychology, and a
Doctoral Candidate Clinical Psychology. She is also
currently a Licensed Mental Health Therapist.

anxiety, relationship consulting, and image consulting.
Group specialties include prenatal attachment for

"My
family and I have resided in Central Florida for the
past 35 years. We have enjoyed both the prosperity and
community intimacy that living in a small city affords
its residents. Over the years, we have made many
treasured friends, and have witnessed Central Florida
evolve from a relatively quite citrus town to a small
diverse city. I have spent the past 11 years
pursing my dream to become a
clinical psychologist.
Although the journey has been and continues to be quite
challenging, the challenges have greatly contributed to
my intrapersonal development and understanding; I am
convinced that life can be a
positive experience for all people. Although
my academic experience has afforded me the necessary
knowledge required to practice competently, it has been
you- the people who have taught me the importance of
remaining flexible, open, and creative throughout the
therapeutic process. Finally, after many years helping
people to become well, I have discovered methods that
enable people to stay healthy. I have also discovered
that healthy people can
benefit from services that
assist them in their pursuit to improve their quality of
life. Therefore, I have started a new type of mental
health service in Orlando, a
Holistic Wellness practice.
My primary objective in starting a wellness practice is
to offer services that will be beneficial to everyone.
Although my wellness practice does offer services for
people who aren't presently well (clinical
therapy), I also offer
services that benefit people who are healthy, want to
remain healthy, or improve (preventative
coaching).
